1. Use of the platform

NetSetGo provides a platform that allows users to discover and book sports facilities and services and connect with sports-related providers and other users. You agree to use the platform only for lawful and responsible purposes.

2. User information

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account, making a booking, or using any NetSetGo service. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only after the required booking and payment-verification process has been completed successfully.
• You are responsible for checking the date, time, location, service, and other booking details before confirming.
• You must follow the rules, safety guidance, and instructions of the relevant facility or service provider.
• Subject to applicable law, NetSetGo is not responsible for changes, closures, or service issues caused by individual facilities or service providers.

4. Payments

Payments must be made directly to the assigned court owner or provider using the bank details presented through NetSetGo for the relevant booking. You are responsible for checking the payment instructions and information before completing a transaction. Uploading payment evidence does not itself confirm a booking; verification is by that recipient is required. Platform administrators retain audit access to customer receipts but do not approve or reject them.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions may depend on the sports facility, service provider, booking type, and time remaining before the booking. Review the applicable conditions before confirming a booking. The Payments & Cancellation Policyprovides further details.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use facilities and services responsibly.
• Follow facility rules and safety guidelines.
• Respect other users, players, coaches, and service providers.
• Avoid behaviour that may damage property or disrupt other users.
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to interfere with NetSetGo.

7. Platform and terms changes

NetSetGo may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services when necessary. We may also update these Terms & Conditions. Updated terms become effective when published on the platform.

8. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NetSetGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
